Experience

I am Amna Tariq, a dedicated Educator, Coordinator and Principal with 8 years of progressive experience from 2016 to 2024, holding a *B.Com - Bachelor of Commerce from Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU)*. I have built a strong career in education, progressing from Teacher to Academic Coordinator to Principal at The Smart School Al-Haram Campus Islamabad (2023-2024), where I led academic and administrative operations with 20+ staff, improved board results and enrollment through strategic planning, and conducted teacher training for modern curriculum implementation. Previously as Academic Coordinator (2021-2023), I coordinated curriculum, lesson planning and examinations while supervising teachers and liaising between management and parents. As Senior Teacher (2019-2021), I taught Chemistry, Biology, General Science, Mathematics, English and Accountancy to grades 6-10 with excellent results, following my early roles at The Spirit School and Momentous Schools that established my classroom management expertise. Currently, I am an Online Educator teaching Accountancy and Science to AIOU and USA-based students via Zoom, and I also serve as Superintendent for FBISE HSSC Practical Examinations, ensuring transparency and discipline in board exams.
